PDA series anatase titanium dioxide has extremely low heavy metal content and is suitable for coating, plastic, rubber and other purposes, and is also an excellent chemical base material for making fiber and paper.
PDA2000 is a kind of anatase titanium dioxide pigment produced by sulfuric acid method.Its hydrolysis and calcination are specially controlled and designed.
It uses acid-soluble high-titanium slag as raw material. It is a high-grade anatase titanium dioxide. Its dispersion and coverage are higher than that of PDA1000 titanium dioxide. It has the characteristics of low oil absorption, uniform fineness and excellent whiteness.

Other Properties: The pH value of the water suspension is 6.8 - 8.5, the oil absorption is ≤ 20 g/100g, the hiding efficiency is ≥ 100%, the residue (45 - µm sieve pore) is ≤ 0.03% (m/m), the water - soluble matter content is ≤ 0.6% (m/m), and the dispersion in water is ≥ 80%.
